I worked with IDAS to create and develop their online training. Since launching in 2017, the basic awareness courses now form part of the strategic training plan for local partners and were completed by nearly 6000 people in 2021. Professionals and volunteers are also able to access a full programme of free training events throughout the year. The events can either be delivered face to face or as a live streamed, online session meaning that training was able to run successfully throughout COVID with around 3000 attendees during 2021.
